By accessing or using Gharvanta, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies published on the platform. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Gharvanta is a technology marketplace that facilitates discovery and communication between users such as property owners, prospective buyers and service providers. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written arrangement, Gharvanta is not itself the owner, seller, buyer, broker, builder, contractor, architect or legal title guarantor for a listed property or service.

• Users must provide accurate information.
• Users must protect their login credentials.
• Users must not create accounts using another person's identity or information.
• Gharvanta may suspend or restrict an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, material misrepresentation or policy violation.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of information they submit. Sellers must have the authority to list the property and must not knowingly submit fraudulent, misleading, stolen or unauthorised content.

Gharvanta may introduce identity, document, record and risk checks. A verification badge or status means only that the listing passed the particular Gharvanta verification process stated for that status. It is not an unconditional guarantee of ownership, title, possession, approvals, land-use status, absence of litigation or transaction safety.

Buyers must independently inspect the property, verify original documents and applicable government records, confirm the seller's authority and obtain independent legal advice where appropriate before paying money or entering into a transaction.

• Fraudulent or fictitious property listings.
• False ownership or authority claims.
• Uploading forged or altered documents.
• Harassment, threats or abusive communications.
• Unauthorised scraping, reverse engineering or interference with the website.
• Use of Gharvanta for unlawful activities.

Gharvanta's software, branding, logo, original text, design and other protected materials belong to Gharvanta or its licensors to the extent applicable. Users retain responsibility for content they upload and must have the necessary rights to submit it.

Gharvanta may integrate or link to third-party services. Their availability, records, policies and accuracy are controlled by those third parties. Users should review applicable third-party terms before relying on external services.

Gharvanta does not guarantee that a property will sell, a buyer will purchase, a service provider will perform, or that a transaction will complete. Users must conduct appropriate due diligence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability used in the final version must be reviewed against applicable Indian law and the actual business model.

Users may report fraudulent listings, inaccurate information, abusive conduct or other concerns through the Gharvanta grievance process.

Gharvanta may update these Terms as the platform and legal requirements evolve. Material changes should be communicated in an appropriate manner.

The final Terms should identify the appropriate governing law and jurisdiction after legal review, taking account of the actual legal entity, business location and applicable Indian law.
